Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains how cancelling your Yolo Admin subscription works, and our policy on refunds for subscription fees. It forms part of our Terms of Service — if anything here conflicts with the Terms, this policy governs refunds and cancellation specifically.
Yolo Admin is a product of Signal UX (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/840059/07), a company registered in South Africa.
1. Try before you pay
Every new business gets a 30-day free trial, no card required. You can set up your business, explore every feature, and decide whether Yolo Admin is right for you before any money changes hands. We don’t separately offer a cooling-off period on paid subscriptions once your trial converts to a paid plan — the free trial already gives you more time to evaluate the Platform than any statutory cooling-off period would.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings › Billing, or by contacting us at hello@yoloadmin.co.za. Cancelling stops all future billing immediately — there is no cancellation fee and no notice period required. Your account and data remain accessible until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.
3. Refunds
Amounts already charged for your current billing period are non-refundable. Your subscription is activated and your account becomes usable immediately on payment, so by subscribing you consent to immediate performance of the service for that period — this is why we don’t pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing cycle when you cancel partway through it.
We do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for genuine billing errors — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge made after you’d already cancelled, or a technical fault on our side. If you think something’s gone wrong with a charge, email hello@yoloadmin.co.za and we’ll look into it.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Where those rights apply to you and conflict with this policy, the statutory right takes precedence.
